李小辉,男,博士,硕士生导师,现任首都师范大学生命科学学院副教授。
研究方向为麦谷蛋白和淀粉的生物合成研究 利用2-DE、LC-MS/MS、qRT-PCR等技术分离鉴定影响麦谷蛋白、淀粉合成的作用因子,进而研究优质面包小麦品质形成及小麦B型淀粉粒累积的分子机制。
