怎样才能做出美味的沙拉（原来这样点沙拉健康又好吃）

中国人对于色拉的印象就是正餐前的一堆草，没有烧过又要像马吃草一样把它们咽下去。但其实色拉的种类有很多有些真的很好吃！听了今天的节目，希望下次你再点色拉的时候能选择你喜欢的色拉，Enjoy！

• olive oil (as the dressing) 橄榄油做酱

• herbs 香料

• salt 盐

6. garden salad 田园色拉

Depending on what salad dressing you use, it could be very healthy or not so healthy.

这要看你用的色拉调料是什么，可以是很健康的，也可能不太健康。

7. Dressing 色拉调料

• ranch dressing 牧场调料

Anyway, ranch dressing is a white salad dressing. It's creamy, it's a little bit sour, it has garlic in it, and onion, and butter milk.

总之，牧场调料是一种白色的色拉调料。奶油味很重，有点酸酸的，里面有大蒜、洋葱、和脱脂乳。

Thousand island dressing is just ketchup and mayonnaise with a little bit of pickles in it.

千岛酱就是番茄酱加美乃滋酱在放点酱瓜在里面啊。

• soy dressing 酱油调料

• miso dressing 味噌调料

These are cold. But the patato or the pasta is cooked. 这些都是冷的，但是土豆和通心粉都是烧熟的。

10. Asian salad 亚洲色拉

11. Don't over-dress your salad. 不要放太多调料。

12. You don't want your salad swimming in your salad dressing. 你不想你的菜都能在色拉酱里游起来了吧。
