考研英语小作文申请信（全国硕士研究生入学统一考试英语写作）

研究生英语试题包括四个部分：完型填空、阅读理解、英语翻译和英语作文。

1、模板格式

称呼：Dear Sir / Madam,

第一段：(1),I am ___________(具体名称题目会给出) who graduates from Sichuan University. (2),I am writing you for the purpose of obtaining the position of ____（具体职位题目会给出）

第二段：(3),As a matter of fact, I am quite sure that I am extremely qualified（有资格） for this position.(4),To begin with（或 First of all）, my major learned in the college matches with this position very much.(5),In the second place, I have got three years’ rich experience concerning this position.(6),Thirdly, my character is not only careful but also patient. (7),In addition, I am very open-minded （思想开明的） person.(8),Therefore, I consider I am the right person for this position.

第三段：(9),At last, I am sincerely thankful for your reading my application letter at your busy time. (10),I am looking for the precious（珍贵的） chance to be interviewed in recent time.

结尾： Yours truly， Li Ming

2、模板解析

可以看到申请书的模板除了称呼和结尾签名之外，一共十个关键点，共分为三大部分， 也称为“三段式”。

第一段，（1）自我介绍(Self-introduction) : 重点介绍毕业院校、所学专业、毕业年限（时间）等。 （2）写信目的( Writing Purpose)：本次写信是为了申请职位（求职）。

第二段，是申请信的最重要部分，主要介绍自己对申请职位的任职资格（Qualification）

(3) 一句话说明自己具有该职位的任职资格，然后要给予具体说明。为了层次分明，可以使用循序数词 Firstly, Secondly, Thirdly 等。 如果自己的英语水平比较高，可以用To begin with, In the second place, First of all, Next, Lastly, 等等。（4）首先，要讲自己所学专业与申请职位高度相关（highly match with）。 （5）其次，与申请职位相关（concering the postion）的工作经历 （Working experiences）. (6) 再次，突出自己的性格特点，细心和耐心（careful and patient）。 （7）另外，自己还是外向型性格（extrovert），思想开明（open minded）,易与人相处。 （8）小节，综合以上所述，认为自己够这个任职资格，是这个职位的合适人选（the right person or candidate）。

第三段，谢意和期望。

（9）真诚地感谢公司人事部招聘人员在百忙之际（at one's busy time）或 百忙之中 （in the midst of pressing affairs）阅读了我的申请信。 （10）希望近期能收到珍贵的面试机会（precious to be interviewed）.
